Ummm...ok...now that I am committed...how do I do this? LOL!
If you do not know what Angry Birds are, it is an addictive iTouch/iPhone app game. Our whole family loves the game, but especially Jaden! There are no official Angry Birds birthday party supplies or cakes...so you are on your own. If you google "angry bird cake" one photo comes up for almost every website provided. Someone made a super awesome cake. Mine is no where near as cute as hers but I am pretty happy with how mine turned out!
The birds & pigs are made of fondant. I wrapped the fondant around dum-dum suckers. Perfect to stick in the cake. Obviously my frosting work could use some improvement...lol! BTW, I did not bake the cake...I went to the bakery & asked for an unfrosted cake. Worked out perfect!
Jaden loves the cake!! His birthday is tomorrow (2/6)...he is going to be 8 years old...I can't believe it!! If I didn't love that munchkin so much, I would have not gone thru all this trouble in making this cake. But I do!!! I love my Jaden soooooooooooooo much!!!!
I will post more pics of the party in my next post...but for now...enjoy the cake!

Oh my gosh! I am totally addicted to those crazy birds! What a super cute cake!! My daughter accidentally deleted the game one time, and was without it a few days. When my husband reloaded it, I was downstairs with him playing it, and the volume wasn't up too loud. My daughter ran to the top of the stairs ecstatic, saying Angry Birds is back, Angry Birds is back. :) I am a new follower.
